In-game description

Silent Resolve is a Norse myth technology in Age of Mythology: Retold - New Gods Pack: Freyr, available to research at the Longhouse if the Mythic Age is reached through Vidar. Once researched, it makes Berserks gain damage while idle.

Effects

Berserk: gains an attack bonus passive ability, which increases their attack by +0.25% per second when idle, up to +30%. When not idle, the bonus decreases at a rate of -0.25% per tile (-1.2% per second with their base movement speed).
