Titan Gate is a Mythic Age god power in Age of Mythology that is available to all civilizations once Secrets of the Titans is researched. When it is invoked, it summons a Titan Gate, a building which needs to be excavated by villagers or Norse infantry to release a Titan, the strongest of all units. |

Unlike other god powers in Retold, this one starts off single-use only. It becomes reusable once the Wonder Age is reached, and can be recast after 10 minutes. Before Retold, this god power and building were available only in the Titan Age. |

The placement of a Titan Gate is important for quick use considering the slow speed of the Titan, but it must also be placed in a safe location so that enemies do not destroy it before it is completed. Before Retold, placement in water or hybrid maps was even more important, as Titans could not cross water. In addition, it takes a considerable amount of time to excavate the Gate (three-quarters as long as a Wonder); defenses must be set up to prevent enemy armies from destroying it. On the plus side, Titan Gate foundations are not susceptible to the bonus damage incurred by all other building foundations when attacked. The player must also be prepared for the considerable population increase after the Titan is unleashed. Furthermore, neither Priests nor Pharaohs can empower a Titan Gate to speed up its excavation. |
