"Skadi's harvest causes Food to be gathered faster, especially from Farms."
In-game description
Winter Harvest is a Norse myth technology that is available to worshipers of Skadi and can be researched at the Ox Cart. Once researched, it makes Gatherers and Dwarves gather food faster, particularly from Farms.
