Valley of the Kings is an Egyptian myth technology that is available to worshipers of Thoth and can be researched at the Migdol Stronghold. Once researched, it reduces the benefits of empowering to speed up unit production at those buildings, but causes said buildings to spawn an additional unit when empowered.
