The Legacy Deity Portraits Pack can be enabled in-game by following these steps:
Go to Settings from the Main Menu (Click on the ☰ in the upper right side of the menu) Go to the DLC tab from the left-side menu. Click the toggle next to Enable legacy deity portraits pack.
